Also, through the MY Renault application, we can maintain some control of the vehicle from a distance.
To offer greater comfort of use, the driving assistance controls are grouped on the steering wheel and the various buttons and / or controls on the center console are now more accessible. It is also equipped with a frameless interior rearview mirror with an anti-glare function. And if that was not enough, a new upholstery has been added along with an electrically adjustable driver’s seat.
The list of driver assistance systems has been expanded. Among the most prominent technologies are adaptive cruise control, active emergency braking system with pedestrian detection, rear cross-traffic alert, and parking brake with Auto-Hold function.

About the mechanical section, there is also news. The mechanical offer has been improved. Renault emphasizes that the engines comply with the new regulations established in the Euro 6D standard. The Renault Multi-Sense system allows you to choose between four driving modes: Eco, Comfort, Sport, and MySense.
The 115 hp 1.0-liter TCe petrol engine has been introduced, accompanied by a six-speed manual gearbox. One step above is a 140 hp 1.3-liter TCe petrol engine available with both the manual transmission and the EDC seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
The diesel alternative goes through a single block. A 115 hp 1.5-liter Blue dCi engine that can be associated with either a six-speed manual gearbox or a seven-speed dual-clutch EDC automatic transmission. All engines have front-wheel drive.

The commercial launch of the new Mégane Sedan is set for the beginning of the next year 2021. Series production will continue in Turkey, where this model is especially popular. It will be sold in around thirty countries, and Spain is not among them.
