A leaked sketch detailing the new, techy dashboard of the Hyundai Tucson 2021 has appeared online. This drawing matches the spy photos of the development prototypes we’ve seen so far, although this sketch reveals the interior in more detail.
The new Hyundai Tucson 2021 does not yet have an official launch date, however, we believe that this new generation of the crossover will be presented before the end of the current year and probably not too long. Well, not only is it the turn of renewal for the current generation, but the evolution that we have seen in the prototypes seen on the street suggests that they are in their final stages of development.
On this occasion, we find a very peculiar leak, since it is not the usual photograph of a nude specimen or the model’s promotional material, but rather an artistic sketch. An image similar to those usually used by the Korean firm when announcing the arrival of a new model. However, this image has not been published as a teaser but has been filtered in the WorldScoop publication.
This is not the first time that we can see the interior and dashboard of the new Hyundai Tucson 2021. Several weeks ago we echoed some spy photos published by our colleagues from the publication The Korean Car Blog that showed precisely the interior of one of the Latest sighted development prototypes of the model. However, although this sketch shows the same elements, it is evident that we can now see them in detail.
The new generation of the Hyundai Tucson will have a very new dashboard, which will debut a completely new interior structure for the brand. Starting with the dashboard, we find a very flat horizontal screen that dispenses with the usual hood, a scheme very similar to that of the Mercedes Widescreen system, although in this case the dashboard is completely separated from the central screen. This appears large and very inclined in the center console, but it has very peculiar shapes, as it appears in a very advanced area and merges with the central tunnel. The result is a very modern dashboard with an extraordinarily clean design, more typical of a concept.
According to a recent report, this new generation of the Hyundai Tucson will be presented in South Korea next August, while its commercial launch in import markets, such as the European one, is expected to take place during the first months of 2021.
